Much of consumer product design includes not only hard parts but incorporates soft materials as well. Having both in the design is key to creating high-quality visuals and having a comprehensive digital twin of the complete product. Modeling soft body’s in CAD has traditionally been difficult. Siemens NX allows companies to take these designs through a complete manufacturable process.
